Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 15t ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 15t platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the 15t platform. Continued use following any amendments will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The 15t platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and User Security
To access the full range of 15t services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential at all times
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party
- Notifying 15t immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times
15t shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account login credentials.
Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules
- Using the platform for legitimate entertainment and betting purposes
- Accessing content and services available within your account limits
- Making deposits and withdrawals via approved methods in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Contacting customer support for assistance
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform systems
- Using bots, automated software, or technical means to manipulate games
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
- Circumventing any verification procedures required by 15t
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and further action at 15t's discretion.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 15t platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 15t does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits: Successful deposits are credited to your account balance upon system verification. Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, and online banking from major Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically processed instantly; however, 15t is not liable for delays caused by third parties or network issues.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 15t reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take up to several business days.
Suspicious Transactions: 15t reserves the right to investigate, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
15t provides the platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or that data will be fully secure from all threats.
To the extent permitted by law, 15t shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform
- Loss of money, data, or business opportunities arising from technical disruptions
- Actions or omissions by third-party service providers used by the platform
- Losses arising from game outcomes or betting results
Account Suspension and Closure: 15t reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of terms, fraud, illegal activity, or other security-related grounds. Any legitimate balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with established procedures, subject to any relevant investigation.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, text, and software on the 15t platform are our exclusive property or that of parties who have licensed them to us. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any of this intellectual property without prior written consent from 15t.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
The 15t platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
15t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion and, if necessary, through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
